Steps to Recover Deleted Documents from Samsung

Step 1. Install, run Android Data Recovery and select "Android Data Recovery" mode. Then connect your Samsung Galaxy device to PC with a USB cable. You may need to click "Allow" on your phone and the software have the privilege to connect portable device.

Step 2. When the connection is successful, the android data recovery software will prompt you to enable USB debugging, you can follow the step to open it.

1. For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"
2. For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
3. For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"

Step 3. After turn on USB debugging, you need to choose the Android files types you want to recover. Tick the "Documents" option and hit the "Next" button to go on.

In this step, the software will analyze your phone, in order to get the permission to scan deleted files, the software will root your Samsung phone and it will prompt you to tap on "Allow/Grant/ Authorize" to ensure the root request is accepted. After that, the software will trigger a scanning process for your phone. If it fail to root the phone, you need to root it by yourself.

Step 5. When the scan is over, all your deleted documents are listed in order at the right side, you can view all Samsung documents and they will be exhaustively displayed in the interface.
