Steps to Recover Deleted or Lost Data from Vivo phone

Step 1. Download, install and launch Android Data Recovery on the computer and select "Android Data Recovery" mode. Connect your Vivo mobile phone to the same computer via USB cable. The software will automatically detect your device.

Step 2. If you don't turn on USB debugging before, the program will ask you to allow USB debugging mode. Follow:

For Android 2.3 or earlier:
Tap "Settings" > "Application" > "Development" > check "USB debugging".
For Android 3.0 to 4.1:
Tap "Settings" > "Developer options" > check "USB debugging".
For Android 4.2 and latter:
Tap "Settings", tab "Build number" for 7 times. Then back to "Settings" and choose "Developer options" > "USB debugging".

After you enable the USB debugging mode on your phone, the program will continue to load the information of your Vivo device automatically.

Step 3. Now you will see lots of file type like photos, videos, audios, messages, contacts, call logs, whatsapp, document and others, you can select the one you want to recover or select all, then click "Next" button to continue.
