Steps to Get Back Lost Call Logs from Oppo Device

Step 1. Run Android Data Recovery application on your computer and choose "Android Data Recovery" option in the main windows, then connect your Oppo device to the same PC with USB cable.

Step 2. If you have enabled usb debugging on Oppo before, the software will recognize your device immediately and go to next step, else you will see the below interface to turn on usb debugging.

1. For Android 2.3 or earlier: Tap "Settings" > "Application" > "Development" > check "USB debugging".
2. For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Tap "Settings" > "Developer options" > check "USB debugging".
3. For Android 4.2 and latter: Tap "Settings", tab "Build number" for 7 times. Then back to "Settings" and choose "Developer options" > "USB debugging".

Step 3. In the new windows, you need to tick the data type "Call Logs" and untick other data type, it will let the software spend less time scanning your mobile, after that, you can click "Next" to begin the analysis process.

Step 4. Now the software will root your phone and get the authority to scan your phone, you need to click "Allow/Grant/Authorize" on your Oppo phone, and  the software will start scan your phone.

The software will scan your phone in depth, after it finish the process, you can see all existing and deleted calls in scan result, you can switch the "Only Display deleted items" button to only see deleted call logs, then preview calls one by one in detail, then mark the call history you need and click "Recover" button to save the data to computer for use.
